Wine Club Membership
Wine Club memberships are governed by the Alamar Wines – Wine Club Terms & Conditions. By enrolling, members agree to the applicable membership commitment, billing schedule, and cancellation policies.

Thank you for joining the Alamar Wines – Wine Club. Membership provides exclusive access to limited-production wines, member pricing, special events, and other benefits.
By joining, members agree to the following terms:
Membership Commitment
Wine Club membership requires a one-year commitment. Members agree to receive the minimum number of club releases associated with their selected membership level before cancellation.
Billing & Payment
The credit card on file will be automatically charged before each club release.
Members are responsible for maintaining current billing information, shipping information, email address, and phone numbers.
Failed charges may result in delayed shipments or forfeiture of member benefits until resolved.
Shipping & Pickup
Members may select either shipping or tasting room pickup when available.
Federal law requires that wine shipments be received and signed for by an adult age 21 or older.
Additional shipping fees may apply if shipments must be resent due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts.
Cancellation Policy
Membership may be canceled after the one-year commitment has been fulfilled.
Members who choose to cancel before fulfilling their minimum commitment may:
-Pay a $100 early cancellation fee
-Complete their remaining club releases before cancellation becomes effective.

Policy Updates
Alamar Wines reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, release schedules, and club policies at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
At Alamar Wines, we take great care in ensuring your wine arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Adult Signature Required
Federal law requires that all wine shipments be signed for by an adult age 21 or older. Valid government-issued identification may be required upon delivery.
We recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible to help ensure successful delivery.
Shipping Availability
Wine shipments are available only to states where permitted by law. Shipping availability may change based on state regulations.
If we are unable to ship to your state, we will contact you to discuss available options.
Weather Holds
Extreme heat or cold can damage wine during transit.
To protect the quality of your wine, Alamar Wines may temporarily delay shipments during periods of sever weather. If your shipment is placed on weather hold, we will notify you and ship as soon as conditions improve.
Delivery Attempts
Carriers typically make multiple delivery attempts. If a package is returned to Alamar Wines due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect shipping information, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
